A high level of service and discretion
Our VIP Service is available for guests booked on a scheduled flight and especially interesting if you would like to travel discrete.
We welcome you at the General Aviation Terminal and check in your baggage. Please relax in our vip lounge with a snack and beverages while you wait for departure (only with premium package). You proceed through security and luggage control in our terminal and we take you directly to your aircraft where you can board immediately. Long waiting times and standing in line for check-in and security checks as well as the search for a parking space at the main terminals will fall away.
The VIP Service can be booked at least 24 hours prior to departure. Please use our online form for a non-obligating request.
You can also send us your request per email to vip@bac-cologne.com with all required information: number and names of passengers, flight number, date of flight, destination, number of baggage to check-in, method of payment (advance payment, cash or via credit card). After positive answer from the airline we will confirm the service to you and welcome you at our terminal on the day of flight.

For departure:
VIP Check-In (for one guest):
Includes the reception of the guest at the GAT, luggage handling and check-in, Passenger screening and passport control and limousine transfer to the aircraft. 2 pieces of checked-in luggage included.

VIP Check-In Premium (for one guest):
Includes all services of the basic package and additionally offers the usage of our lounge with snacks and drinks for 3 hours. 2 pieces of checked-in luggage included.
Price: 220 Euro
For arrival:
VIP Check-Out (for one guest):
We pick you up at the aircraft and take you to the General Aviation Terminal. Escort through customs and immigration. In the meantime we collect your baggage. This is very convenient if you have already departed with our VIP Service and placed your car at the GAT parking. 2 pieces of checked-in luggage included.
Price: 120 Euro
VIP Check-Out Premium (for one guest):
Includes all services of the basic package and additionally offers usage of our lounge with snacks and drinks for 30 minutes. 2 pieces of checked-in luggage included.
Price: 220 Euro
For every additional companion we charge 60 Euro (Premium 80 Euro) each. Children up to 2 years age travel for free.
Usage of VIP Lounge (in connection with the Premium Package) for each additional accompanying guest Per person 60 Euro.
Additional luggage Per piece 8 Euro.
Special Event VIP Service (For groups of 7 or more guests), Per event Price on request.
Please note that we require a show time of minimum 75 minutes prior to departure should you travel with luggage which needs to be checked in. For a later show time we cannot guarantee that the luggage will be checked-in in time.
Cancellation Fee:
» Between 24 and 12 hours before the planed arrival or planed departure as applicable:
50% of the value of the booking.
» Fewer than 12 hours before the the planed arrival or the planed departure as applicable:
80% of the value of the booking.
Clients who fail to appear and receive booked services that have been confirmed by VIP-Services (no show) will be charged 100% of the value of the booking.
The costs for VIP-Services must normally be paid either in advance or by credit card. If a Client wishes to receive and pay an invoice instead, this must be separately agreed the prerequisite for this is a documented flawless payment history on the part of the Client (see section 7.2).
